About Us

What We Believe

We would like to welcome you to visit our church. Our services are planned to meet your needs and we believe God has great things in store for us and you.
In our services:
We lift our hands in prayer and praise.
“I will therefore that men pray everywhere, lifting holy hands …” 1 Tim 2:8 KJV
We sing with all our hearts.
“Make a joyful noise unto the Lord … and sing praise” Psa 98:4 KJV
Pray together
“They lifted up thier voices to God with one accord”Acts 4:24 KJV
We clap our hands.
“O clap your hands all ye people” Psa 47:1 KJV
We testify publicly
“Whosoever shall confess me, before him shall the Son of Man confess before the angels of God” Luke 12:8 KJV
We baptize in the Name of Jesus.
“Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ …” Acts 2:38 KJV
We believe in receiving the Holy Ghost.
“For the promise is unto you and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.”Acts 2:4,39; 10:46; & 19:6 KJV
Peter’s Message of Salvation Acts 2:1-39
“Repent”
Repentance means that we turn our back on sin. Think how your past actions ahve greived the heart of God, then firmly decide to “turn around on the inside.” Make Jesus the new Lord, or “Boss” of your life.
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” 1 John 1:19 KJV
“And be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ”
Water baptism is a way of “acting out” a burial of our past life, similar to Christ’s burial in the tomb. Sins and transgressions against God’s Law are buried and forgotten. The record made clean. This act of faith is the initiation rite by which we enter into the Kingdom of God. As we take on the Name of Jesus, we become a member of God;s family
“And ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost”
This very special and wonderful figt is a new birth of eternal life! When Christ baptizes or “submerges” us into His love, a spiritual transformation begins. Like a child, we begin speaking our new Father’s language. As Jesus Promised, “…these signs shall follow them that believe; in my Name shall they … speak with new tongues…”Mark 16:17 KJV
